Support Environmental Education in the Yampa Valley and "Tempt Your Wild Side!" We are bringing back a social tapas-style event where you can mix and mingle at five different stations offering freshly harvested wild edibles and unique proteins carefully curated by Aurum's Chef de Cuisine, Jake Berman. Relax riverside on the patio, sit in the roomy bar area or wander around the two dining levels Aurum has to offer.
