Support Environmental Education in the Yampa Valley and "Dine on the Wild Side!" We are bringing back a social tapas-style event where you can mix and mingle at five different stations offering freshly harvested wild edibles and unique proteins carefully curated by Aurum's Gabriel Ladesma and Chef de Cuisine Jesse Romero. Relax riverside on the patio, sit in the roomy bar area or wander around the two dining levels Aurum has to offer

Learn from Mary O'Brien how to make a botanical lip balm made from foraged plants.
Brad Christianson from Routt Distillery will be demonstrating how to make bitters from local plants.
