Support Environmental Education in the Yampa Valley and join us at The Commons for a new twist on our annual event. This year, the five restaurants at The Commons will each prepare a dish using randomly assigned foraged plants and game for titles such as "Most Creative", "Best Use of Ingredients", etc... Come join us for what is sure to be a fun evening.
